When is the last day to order for the holidays?
December 18. We take 60 orders a month, so please order at least 7 days before you need it.
What if you make a mistake?
If the mistake is ours, we make it again for free.
Can I change something after I approve?
Changes after you approve your proof cost extra. Please check your proof closely before you say yes.
Do you give refunds?
Each piece is custom made for you, so we do not offer refunds. That is why we send a free proof first.
How big is it, and what is it made of?
It is 8.5 x 11 inches, the size of a sheet of paper, made of 304 stainless steel.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect it from our shop at 640 Baker Drive, Suite F, Tomball, TX 77375. It is usually ready within 2 to 4 days of your order, depending on when you approve your proof. Call us at 346-842-3847.
