Refund policy

Since all orders are custom, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a faulty or incorrect item.
  • There was an error in the engraving.
  • There is a defect in the product.

To initiate a return, email us at info@damaseq.com with your order details and reason for 
return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item 
back.
